Intake

If you’d like to create a unique design, please send me an email outlining your wishes. We’ll then schedule an online kick-off meeting or meet in person at my studio to discuss your preferences. After this initial conversation, I’ll have a clear idea of how the design should look.

Design

After our initial meeting, I begin designing the piece in CAD. Throughout the process, I’ll share various design drafts with you and incorporate your feedback until we arrive at a result that perfectly matches your vision.

Approval & Deposit

After we finalize your custom design and determine the total cost of the piece, I require a 50% deposit to begin production. If ashes are to be incorporated, I’ll request you to send them at that stage. From there, I take the lead and begin crafting your piece.

Shipping & payment

After the piece is completed, you will presumably have paid the remaining balance. Please note that I can only send the jewelry once the payment is complete. I will carefully pack your piece in recyclable, reusable packaging to ensure it arrives safely. Additionally, the parcel is fully insured, and a signature is required upon delivery. You also have the option to collect it directly from the studio.
