Every piece is made-to-order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose your ring size carefully, as resizing a finished ring is not covered under the warranty.

With every order, you’ll receive a prepaid postage envelope to send ashes, hair, fur, breast milk, or other memorial material. This envelope is shipped via PostNL within 5 business days of your order being placed. Upon receipt, please return it within two weeks so that your order can proceed on schedule.

Once your envelope has arrived, I begin crafting your custom jewelry. Production time typically ranges from 4-8 weeks before the piece is ready to ship. If you choose to have your jewelry engraved, please allow an additional 3 weeks for production. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details when your order is on its way. Any unused memorial material—ashes, milk, fur, etc.—will be returned safely along with your completed jewelry.
