Returns
All pieces from Luyendyk Jewelry are personalized and custom-made. As such, they are not eligible for returns or exchange. Also, the wholesale collection is excluded from returns or exchange.

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide.

Please note that once your order is placed, a production period of about 4 - 8 weeks is required to craft and prepare your custom-made item for shipment. If you choose to have your jewelry engraved, please allow an additional 3 weeks for production. You will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Check your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase/ delivery.
